Use of shared bathrooms and toilets. These rooms are located up in the attic. The possibility of using a shared kitchen, living room, computer, terrace equipped with deckchairs and free wi-fi.
Table tennis can be played free of charge upon agreement.
Children between the ages of 3 and 10 are entitled to a 30% discount.
